Our humble heroes have now landed in Micronesia. The time is goodness knows what as the clock says 3:30 PM but our bodies say 11:30 AM yesterday. Weird, huh? Our flight felt nowhere near as long as getting to Honolulu. We stopped at 3 islands, which really helped with sitting still so long.
Anyways, first impressions are very nice on this small island paradise. The hardest thing to get used to is the fact that it is soooo humid. Kind of feels like living in a sauna. We received mighty receptions at the airport, where we where greeted like kings (and queens) with crowns of flowers. Tonight we will eat dinner at six with Nob and Sylvia where we will undoubtedly feast on homemade island goodness. Our prayers are that we look at every opportunity as a way to serve God. Right off the bat our Creator can be seen through the beauty of the island and the joyful hearts of the islanders.

Hey, man! We are praying for you and your family. I hope that God is using you in mighty ways. You have the special gifts of humility, insight and vision. Pray that God uses these gifts in you on this mission so that you may bring his glory to the world. Let me take you out for lunch when you get back and you can fill me in on your trip. Have fun and meets lots of new and interesting people!
